PayPal transaction ID or password Transaction IDs look like 8AB12345CD678901E. Passwords start with MW- and are case-sensitive.

Where’s my transaction ID?

In the receipt email PayPal sent you (search your inbox for “Manewise” or “PayPal”), or in your PayPal activity under the payment. Still stuck? Contact us with the email you paid with.

It says it doesn’t match.

Make sure you picked the product you bought, and copy the ID or password exactly. After several attempts, wait a minute before trying again.

Can I download it again later?

Yes. Come back to this page any time with the same transaction ID or password.

Can I share the files with my team?

Your purchase covers you, or your business for the Business Operating System. Please don’t post the files or password publicly.
