What we collect
The free assessment runs in your browser. Your answers aren’t sent anywhere unless you choose to email yourself the result. Then we receive your email, any note you add and your answers.
Forms (contact, working session intake, setup intake) send us what you type in: usually your name, email and a description of your work. Please don’t include confidential client information. Fictional or anonymized examples are all we need.
Purchases are processed by PayPal. PayPal shares your name, email, what you bought and a transaction ID with us. We never see or store your card or bank details. PayPal’s own privacy statement applies to the payment itself.
Basic site data: our host may log standard technical information (like IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
To reply to you, deliver what you bought, prepare for sessions and setups, and improve the guides. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it except with the services that run the site, payments and email.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and doesn’t track you across other sites. Your browser may store small settings locally (for example, the transaction ID from your purchase, so you can re-download). PayPal may set its own cookies inside its checkout window.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA, other US states with privacy laws, and the EU/UK under the GDPR), you can ask to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it or to get a copy. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. To make a request, contact us. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.
Children
This site is for working adults and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Marketing email
We’ll only add you to a newsletter if you ask to be added. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep form submissions and purchase records only as long as needed for the reasons above and for tax and legal requirements. To see, correct or delete your information, contact us.
AI tools
The guides teach you to use AI tools that you and your employer choose. Manewise doesn’t receive anything you put into those tools. During a setup, we only access the systems you explicitly approve, with the least access the workflow needs.
