Digital guides

When you buy a guide, you get a personal license to use and adapt the files for your own work, or for your business’s internal use for the Business Operating System. Please don’t resell, republish or share the files or your download password publicly.

All sales are final

Guides are digital downloads delivered instantly, so all sales are final: no refunds, returns or exchanges once your purchase is complete. Each product page and the checkout list exactly what’s included, so please review them before you buy.

If a file is missing or won’t open, or you were charged twice by mistake, contact us and we’ll send a working copy or correct the duplicate charge.

Working sessions

Sessions are paid when booking and are non-refundable. You can reschedule once, up to 24 hours before your start time, using the link in your invite. Sessions missed without 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.

Setups and custom builds

Setups and resource hub builds are scoped in a written quote. The quote, including what’s in and out of scope, timeline and payment terms, is the agreement for that work.

What we don’t promise

AI output can be wrong. Every Manewise workflow includes human review points, and you’re responsible for reviewing anything before it’s sent, published or saved. We don’t guarantee specific time savings or business results.

Your tools and data

Use the guides only with AI tools and data your employer or business allows. You’re responsible for following your company’s policies and the rules of your industry.
